★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在こちら管理の物件に入居していますが、管理はひどいです。自転車の放置はそのまま、ゴミの捨て場も荒れ、物件の不備を此方で言っても腰が重いです。共益費を払ってるのにできるだけサービスの手抜きをしようとしています。
加えて対応者は横柄ですし、更新の時などは内容読ませずに判を押させようとする状態。住人とはトラブルありませんが、管理会社にはいつもイライラさせてくれます。
I am currently moving into a property managed here, but the management is terrible. The bicycle is left unattended, the garbage dump is rough, and even if I say that the property is inadequate, I feel heavy. I'm trying to cut corners on the service as much as possible even though I'm paying the common service fee.
In addition, the responders are arrogant, and when updating, they try to press the format without reading the contents. I have no trouble with the residents, but the management company always frustrates me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去1ヶ月前に連絡したにも関わらず退去後二度にわたって家賃の引落が行われた。
一度目に関しては敷金と共に返金すると申し出があったが、二度目については先方からは連絡なし。こちらから連絡すると「こちらからは引落してない。保証会社に解約手続きをしなかったそちらが悪い。保証会社に連絡するように」と横柄な対応。
保証会社に連絡したところ、こちらの管理会社からの連絡が遅かった為引落を止める作業が間に合わず、引落されてしまったとのこと。保証会社から直接の返金はできないと言われ、再度こちらの管理会社に電話をする羽目に。
その後再度連絡し無事返金は行われたが、こちらから連絡をしなければそのままにしていただろうこと、自分のミスにも関わらず謝罪は一切ないどころか責任を顧客になすりつける、終始横柄な態度を取られたことで非常に気分の悪いやり取りだった。
今後もし良さそうな物件があってもこちらの管理会社所有の物件だったら二度と契約はしない。

After that, I contacted again and the refund was made safely, but I would have left it as it was if I did not contact from here, and despite my mistake, I did not apologize at all, but instead blamed the customer for responsibility, I took an arrogant attitude from beginning to end It was a very unpleasant exchange because of being done.
Even if there is a property that looks good in the future, if it is a property owned by this management company, I will never make a contract.
