A gorgeous menu such as shrimp gloss boiled, Shogoin radish miso boiled chicken miso, and yuzu. The amount of each dish is set to a small amount. The contents change depending on the season. It was 8500 yen including tax. I was able to spend a luxurious time once a year! !! !! !!

今回、松茸懐石をいただきました。
松茸の土瓶蒸し、松茸の天ぷら、焼き松茸、松茸ご飯、と松茸づくし。
お値段は、アルコール2杯ずつ飲んで、2人合計35000円ほど。
一言でいうと、コスパはイマイチのように感じました。同じ値段を出せば、もっと満足できる料理とサービスを提供してくれるお店はいくらでもあります。
素材は比較的新鮮で、松茸も風味豊かなのですが、料理の斬新さがなく、サービスもいたって普通。
店員さんから、それぞれの素材の産地やこだわりなど、お料理のストーリーが聞けると嬉しかったです。
テーブル周りも、季節のお花が一輪でもあると華やかになるのですが。
ホテル周辺にレストランなど無いので利用しましたが、単独店舗として残るのは難しいように感じしました。

I had a matsutake kaiseki this time.
Steamed matsutake mushrooms, matsutake tempura, grilled matsutake, matsutake rice, and matsutake mushrooms.
The price is about 35,000 yen for 2 people, drinking 2 cups of alcohol.
In a nutshell, COSPA felt like a bad idea. There are many shops that offer more satisfying food and service for the same price.
The ingredients are relatively fresh and the matsutake mushrooms are rich in flavor, but there is no novelty in the dishes and the service is normal.
I was delighted to hear from the store clerk about the story of each ingredient, such as the origin of each ingredient and their commitment.
Even around the table, if the seasonal flowers are one, it becomes gorgeous.
I used it because there were no restaurants around the hotel, but it seemed difficult to remain as a single store.
