★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年11月20日Aコースのコース料理で、メインは天ぷらを選び、とても美味しいコース料理でした（クラブツーリズムの日帰り旅行ツアーでしたが、コース料理にびっくり）。湯葉のごはんと天ぷらが、特に美味しかった。
 November 20, 2021 In the A course course meal, I chose tempura as the main and it was a very delicious course meal (it was a day trip tour of Club Tourism, but I was surprised at the course meal). Yuba's rice and tempura were especially delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに訪れました。まだ 自粛解除になっていなく お客様も二組だけで寂しい限りでした。食後は 今宮神社により あぶり餅を食べるつもりでしたので…軽くＡコースににしました。独りはお肉をチョイス、私ともうひとかたは天ぷらに。私はゆばご飯を。後の2人はちりめんご飯に。器もお料理も満足出来ました。少しゆばご飯をお裾分け 友人たちは次回はこれに決めたわ❗️と楽しみにデザート、コーヒにも舌づつみでした。
明日からは デイナーコースも一時間延長に。
I visited after a long time. The self-restraint has not been lifted yet, and the customers were lonely with only two groups. After the meal, I was planning to eat aburi-mochi at Imamiya Shrine, so I chose A course lightly. Meat is the choice for one person, and tempura for me and the other. I have yuba rice. The latter two are for chirimen rice. I was satisfied with the dishes and the dishes. A little yuba rice was divided into hem. My friends decided on this next time ❗️ and I was looking forward to dessert and coffee.
From tomorrow, the dinner course will be extended by one hour.

祖母とのランチによく利用させて頂いています。ここは湯葉を使った創作和風フレンチが、テーブル席で頂けます。ある程度の人数がいても窮屈になること無く座れるのはポイントが高いです。接客も、ベテランの店員が多いので安定的でフレンドリーです。メニューはメインを選べるものにしましたが、どれを食べても美味しいです。湯葉がこんなに多様な姿になるのは驚きです。おすすめは湯葉グラタン！

Delicious yuba(tofu skin) cuisine severed in Japanese-French style. The restaurant has western style seating so I usually come here with my grandmother in-law. It’s good to have Japanese food without sitting on a tatami floor.
Yuba is usually served as sashimi but here they arrange in quite surprising ways like soup, gratin and tamago-kake rice(raw egg with soy sauce served with rice. Japanese eggs are fresh so it’s safe to eat raw! Very creamy! yummy!)
This restaurant doesn’t have English menu but they have fixed lunch menu with only to pick the main dish. Usually meat, fish or tempura.
Reservations are required for lunch on weekends and holidays.
I often use it for lunch with my grandmother. Here you can enjoy creative Japanese-style French using yuba at the table seat. Even if there is a certain number of people, the point is that you can sit without being cramped. The customer service is also stable and friendly because there are many veteran shop assistants. The menu should be the main one, but it is delicious no matter what you eat. I'm surprised that Yuba is so diverse. Recommended Yuba gratin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯葉づくしのフルコースですが、適度に洋風なメニューで男性も満足できるボリュームがあると思います。モチモチの分厚い生湯葉があらゆる料理に使われています。
純和風な湯葉料理を期待するならお勧めしませんが、さまざまなアレンジで万人受けするお料理だと思います。
お店の内装もカジュアルで気軽な感じです。
It's a full-course meal with yuba, but I think it has a volume that men can be satisfied with with a moderately Western-style menu. The thick, chewy yuba is used in all dishes.
I don't recommend it if you expect pure Japanese-style yuba dishes, but I think it's a dish that everyone can enjoy with various arrangements.
The interior of the shop is also casual and casual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Yubasen many times. I especially enjoy the Kid's Meal. This meal is not any McDonald's type of set though. This comes with Sashimi Yuba, (Plain Yuba with Soy Sauce) Yuba Gratin, a hamburger steak, two tempura shrimp, potato fries, and a salad. If you are a parent, bring your kids and order this set. If you are a child or parent, you MUST try the Tonyu. Tonyu is soy milk. But much better that the American style. I love this resturant, and I will continue going with my family.

I was stopped as soon as entering this restaurant, because there is no one who can speak other than Japanese(They said this and asked if I'm Chinese, in Chinese. :) ). I'm not Chinese and I could speak Japanese, so I said so and entered. But they made fun of my Japanese in the back, which I happened to hear. Hotel's concierge recommended this restaurant, but she shouldn't.
