安	安藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が最悪。子供が気に入って遊んでいた赤と白のポケモンのボールの形おもちゃ(ポケモンを捕まえていくゲーム)が普通に使っていただけで機能が駄目になった。壊れるのは仕方ない。修理を依頼したのだが、直せないの一点張り。確かに保証期間は過ぎている。同じ様な症状での修理依頼も何件もあるみたい。子供がたくさん捕まえたくてずっと遊んでいたおもちゃ。長年、おもちゃのメーカーと君臨し、子供を相手に商売してるメーカーなのに有償であろうと修理体制が出来てない。子供が頑張ってクリアしたくて遊んでいたのに子供の気持ちを全く考えてない。乱暴な扱いをして壊れたわけでないのに。まだまだ遊びたがっていたおもちゃが壊れて悲しんでるのに詫びに数百円のおもちゃを送って終了との事。お年玉などで買い、子供にとってとても高額。親からしても何個も買ってあげられない。冗談じゃなくあり得ないメーカー。最悪。散々、修理出来る体制を作れ！と言ってやって、上に必ず上げると言ったが未だに修理体制が出来ていないメーカーがやるとは思えない。子供をエサに儲ける事しか頭にないメーカーとしか思えない。家や車などはそんな事しない。しかも、車は製造しなくなって何十年もたった車でも部品を再販したり、修理をやってのけた。子供相手に売りっぱなしじゃ、夢をもてなくなるし、思いやりの心が育たないと思う。子供は詫びの安っすいおもちゃを受け入れたが、凄く不満そうだった。 Correspondence is the worst.
