家庭的で、老夫婦とそれを手伝う娘さんなどで切り盛りしているようだ。肉うどんを食べてみた。最近武蔵野うどんを食べ歩いたが、それとは違う。色は白いが、おじさんが手打ちしているだけあってコシがあり、喉越しもいい。美味い。肉うどんは、大盛りと言えばサービスしてくれる。 別の日に、蕎麦を食べた。この日は常陸の蕎麦粉。店構えは普通の蕎麦屋だが、侮るなかれ。いいねー。これも美味い。他にもつまみがたくさんあり、コースもある。この日は、手作り豆腐を味わった。軽くふりかけた塩が濃厚な豆の味を引き立たせる。サイドメニューのお勧め。

久々に再訪。天丼セット、冷たい蕎麦で頂きました。天麩羅には少々物足りなさがありますが、値段を考えれば妥当かも。蕎麦は、歯応えのある茹で上がり。
Revisited after a long time. We had tempura set, cold soba noodles. There is a short supply of tempura, but it may be reasonable considering the price. Soba is raised with a crunchy broom.

武蔵関の駅から歩いて4分くらいですが、商店の多い所とは言えない場所で長年頑張っています。蕎麦もうどんも手打ちです。その昔、漫画家にして江戸文化、風俗の評論家としても活躍されていた、杉浦日向子氏が利用されていた隠れた名店です。
It's about a 4 minute walk from Musashiseki station, but I've been working hard for many years in a place where I can't say that there are many shops. The buckwheat noodles are also handmade. It is a hidden well-known store used by Hinako Sugiura, who used to be a cartoonist and critic of Edo culture and customs.

武蔵関から線路沿いに少し歩いた場所の美味しい蕎麦・うどん屋さんです。 居酒屋使いの方も多いですが、 自分は専らランチ利用。 光り輝くうどんの喉越しが最高!

ここすごい。知る人ぞ知る名店。 うどんのコシが半端じゃない。 みんなには絶対に教えたくないけど好きな人が近所に来たら必ず連れてきてあげたい一流店。

地元の美味しいお蕎麦屋さん。武蔵関は蕎麦屋激戦区ですがここもお薦めの店のひとつです。値段も手ごろ、量も多いです。居酒屋使いもできます。

天丼セット頂きました。香り高いお蕎麦と濃いめタレのミニ天丼がちょうど良い感じでうま〜。 オヤジさんが蕎麦打ってました。地元で愛されている良いお店ですね。 天盛り頂いたので写真追加。コレもうま〜。

歯応えのある手打ち手切りのすっきりしたお蕎麦です。つけ汁も出汁をしっかり感じる良い仕上がり。もつ煮もほっとするお味。店内で打つ手打ちうどんもとても艶っつやでコシ強く香りもよし。超オススメです。ちゃんぽんうどんがしっかり魚介出汁が出ていて美味しかったです。肉せいろうどんもお肉たっぷりうどんの量もたっぷりでおすすめです。こちらもオススメのけんちん蕎麦はとにかく具沢山で蕎麦まで辿り着くまで大変です。結果ここのお店は何頼んでもハズレはありません。真面目に蕎麦やうどんに拘った優良店です。夏季限定のこちらでしか食べる事の出来ない手打ち手切り冷麦。これが抜群にうまい。ふつう一般のお店は手間がかかり過ぎるので乾麺提供ですがこちらでは手打ち生麺がいただけます。歯応え喉ごしは一級品です。単品でもうどんや蕎麦とのあいもりも出来ます。夏はコレが一番かも。

Usually, ordinary shops offer dried noodles because it takes too much time, but here you can enjoy handmade raw noodles. The crunchy throat is a first-class product. You can also enjoy udon noodles and soba noodles as a single item. This may be the best in summer.
