★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーはバイク乗りらしく、バイクツーリングの途中に立ち寄る人も多い様子。お店に見えるお客さんは、なんとなく上品な感じの人が多い。土日には小売用のハムをその場で薄切りにしてサンドウィッチにしてもらいその場で食すことも可能です。お店も小ぎれい。ハムも雑味がないというのでしょうか、不自然な味がせず、おいしいです。

On Saturdays and Sundays, it is also possible to slice retail ham on the spot and make it into a sandwich to eat on the spot. The shop is also neat. 程よい塩気が良く合います。もちろんお酒ともＧｏｏ ！
各種ハムは注文の時にスライスしてパックにしてもらえますから 食べ方によってその厚みもオーダーできます。次回八ヶ岳に行ったら 必ず寄りたい！そんなお店です。
