★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも行くとホッとする、落ち着ける場所です。いつも混んでいるので、ランチなら11時すぐ か、予約するかのどちらかです。
ランチでも高いので、財布に3,000円入っていないと心配することになりますね。
美味しさは、折り紙付きです。
It's a calm place where you can always feel relieved. It's always crowded, so for lunch it's either right at 11am or booked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 茨城県のコロナウィルス感染対策予防のアマビエちゃんの登録者の茨城県産品の抽選で、筑波ハムの商品が当たりました。ソーセージやハムなどとても美味しかったです。飲むヨーグルトも味が濃くて、とても美味しかったです。また、個人的に注文したくなりました。
Tsukuba ham products were won in a lottery of Ibaraki prefecture products of Amabier-chan registrants who prevent coronavirus infection in Ibaraki prefecture. The sausages and ham were very delicious. The yogurt I drank had a strong taste and was very delicious. I also wanted to order personally.

メインを一品選ぶと、それに加えて前菜ビュッフェ、スープ、パンorライス、コーヒーor紅茶、デザートがついてくるスタイル。
前菜ビュッフェがこの店のウリで、美味しい野菜とソーセージやベーコンを使った前菜が食べ放題。つくばハム直営なので肉類は当然美味しいが、それに負けず劣らず野菜も素晴らしい。
A restaurant directly managed by Tsukuba Ham. One of the best restaurants in Tsukuba.

メイン料理を一品注文するとサラダバー、ドリンク、スープやデザート等がついてくる。
今回は、生ハム寿司と筑波豚ロースハムステーキを注文しましたが、絶対他では食べられないハム直営店ならではの美味しい生ハムでした！
レストランの予約待ちでは筑波ハムの商品のハムやチーズを食べ比べの試食も楽しい‥‥‥
高台のレストランからの雑木林の庭園もすてきです‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 直売所から徒歩3分ほど、大通りから奥に行った所にあります。ランチにいきましたが、高いもので2,500円、つくばハムで使っている肉のスペアリブやポークステーキのセット。他のポトフやスパゲッティは2000円のセットでした。写真はポークステーキのセットです。
セットには飲み物とサラダバー、スープバー、デザートがついており、サラダバーには有機の生野菜の他、ハムやソーセージの切れ端のフリット、魚のマリネなどもあり充実しています。何回おかわりしてもいいので、ぎゅうぎゅうに載せなくて良くてホッとしました。スープもお店で出しているハムを使ったりしていて、贅沢な味でした。
お肉の味もとても良かったです。柔らかく旨味がありました。
テーブル同士の間隔が広く、天井が高いので周りを気にせず楽しめました。こまめにお皿を下げてくれるなど、店員さんもいい対応でした。二階には個室もあるようです。
