かにしゃぶ亭の時の方が種類も多くコスパが良かったと思います。
甲羅亭に変わってから、ランチもディナーもメニューの種類が減りやたらカニの天丼が付いたメニューが目立つような‥
今日頂いたカニせいろ御膳はサラダ、茶碗蒸し、御汁、蟹のせいろご飯、蟹の足1本程、焼売1個。
お味は良かったですが、値段は3000円超え‥次はないかな‥と。お味は良く従業員の方もとても丁寧でした。甲羅亭の公式ページにはこのメニューにはデザートが付いてましたが、今日はお正月仕様なのか、たまたまなのかデザートは付いて来ませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忘年会で利用しました。カニしゃぶコースでしたが、カニは美味しかったです。アルコールの種類が少ないです。ビールは瓶ビールしかなくあまり冷えていませんでした。日本酒も燗か常温だけでした。また、アルコールを注文してから提供されるまで時間がかかり、乾杯がなかなか出来ず会が始められませんでした。単品でカニの巻物を注文しましたが、カニの味がしませんでした。おいくらだったのかは知りませんが、もう行かなくてもいいお店かなぁと思っています。

いつもは、横浜甲羅本店さんにお邪魔してますが、
新店が相模原にオープンしてくれました。
メニューは正月仕様になっていました。
中でもかに雑炊はいつも美味しく頂いています。
あとは、かにグラタンですね。
この2メニューは定番中の定番で長く食べて来ましたが、いつも毎回何回でも来たいと思わせてくれます。
◆かに雑炊の勝手な食べ方
1. 刺身の際に出てくるワサビを取っておく
2. 雑炊を取り分けた器にワサビを溶いて投入
3. 口に入れた途端それはそれは美味
※ワサビに目がない方、生ワサビが大好きな方はぜひ試してください。
車で来るのでお酒はいつも飲めないのが、
唯一心残りな位で、
その他は、お店の綺麗さ、接客、味と
文句の付け所がありません。
ただのファンです。

◆ How to eat crab porridge
1. Save the wasabi that comes out during sashimi
2. Melt wasabi in a bowl with porridge
3. As soon as you put it in your mouth, it's delicious
* If you have no eyes on wasabi or love raw wasabi, please try it.
I can't drink alcohol because I come by car
The only regrettable place
Others are the beauty of the shop, customer service, and taste.
There is no place to complain.

混んでいたのでしょうか、予約を入れていたはずなのに席に紹介されてから最初の料理まで20分ほどかかりました。また、次の料理が来るまでも食べ終わってから10分空くような感じでした。しかも、呼び出しをしてお願いをしてもです。
しかし、そこは新店舗ということでまあ許容範囲とできます。一番よろしくないのは、コース料理であるのに全く料理について説明がなかったことです。こう聞くとそれくらいで低評価するなという方がいるかと思いますが、違うんです。私が頼んだコースは席で火をかけるような料理が3つほどあったのですが、火をつけてから何も説明がないんです。蟹に火が通るおおよその時間について何も教えてくれないのです。さらに畳み掛けるように、そういう店なのかと納得していると、他の席では説明をしているではないですか。
総じて、新店舗となって間もないですが、また直ぐに店の名前が変わるのではないかと思いました。

Overall, it's just a new store, but I thought the name of the store would change soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別に凄く美味しいわけでもなく…コースにしたけどカニもちょーっと。最後の雑炊だけ凄い量でおなかいっぱいにしろ！ってかんじ?飲み放題にしたのだけれどとにかく提供が遅い！それ見越して2杯ずつぐらい頼んでもまだ待ってる状態…その割にはきっちり時間厳守の打ち切り?ちゃんと出来ないならそもそも飲み放題なんてやらないで欲しい。だったら端から選ぶ店から除外してたのに…ということでどちらにしろ二度と行くことはないと思います?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOTOeatの食事券や割引券があり、たまには贅沢をと思って母親と一緒にお伺いしました。
お肉とカニしゃぶがそんなに高くない金額で出していただけるということで、料理や価格にケチをつけるつも
りはありません。むしろ美味しいと思います。
が、料理の提供の遅さはこの近辺の飲食店では群を抜いています。遅いなんてもんじゃないです。
まず、最初のお茶を提供して頂くまで約10分。その後、かにみそと白ご飯だけ先に来て、
鍋に火だけかけて肉とカニは煮立ったころ持ってきますと言ったっきり、約15分放置されました。
時間がかかるなら、一言連絡をと思うんですが、そういうのも一切なし。
鍋はぐつぐつ煮立ってしまっているし、ご飯は乾いてしまってもなおかつ放置されたので、さすがにこ
れはひどいと判断し、若い女性のスタッフにかなり激しくクレームを言ってしまいました。ここまでクレ
ームを言ったのは久々かもしれません。
クレームを言った後は、それなりに対応してくれましたが、最後に別のスタッフの方にお冷をお願いしたら
やはり忘れられました。何より残念なのは、カニしゃぶ亭のころから数回訪れていますが、一向に改善されないことです。
特定の店員の対応が悪いとかそういうのではないので、これは店を預かる方の責任ではないかと思います。
泣きそうな顔で女性の方が人手が足りなくて・・・と言ってました。クレームの標的にしてしまった女性の方には
気の毒なことをしたと思っています。
他の口コミを見ましたが、提供が遅いというクレーム結構ありますね。
いいお料理を提供しているという印象はありますので、非常に勿体ない。
この状況を責任者の方がどう考えるか・・。
繰り返しになりますが、料理は大変美味しいです。
そこだけは強くお伝えしておきます。
