ずっと受付同士で話をしています。
本当に具合が悪いときには、うるさくてうるさくて仕方がないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おおらかな物言いと親切な人柄の先生が丁寧に説明してくれる病院。都市部と言えば都市部だけど、「地域医療」と言う言葉を彷彿とさせる、いい意味で「都会のいなかっぺ」みたいな先生のキャラが嬉しい。入院を要しないような病気なら、安心して行ける病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が酷すぎます。先生や看護士さんはとても親切でこれからも通いたいのですが、受付の人と電話する度に悲しくなります。もうすこし患者さんに寄り添った話し方はできないでしょうか。煽られているようにしか感じませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても物腰柔らかな先生とサバっとした看護師さんたちに感じ悪く思うけど話してみると親切な受付の方たち。体が辛く気落ちしていても毎回診察後は気が楽になるような、そんななんとも言えない先生がいます。いつも心配してくださりきちんと向き合ってくれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生も看護師さんも受付の方もとても気さくで良い方達です。体調が悪くてしんどいときは、病院で待たされて苦痛かとは思いますが最終的には人対人です。私が一番具合悪いと思ってしまうのも仕方がないのですが病院に来ている人は皆、何かしら問題があるから来ているのであまりキリキリせずに。のんびりとは無理でしょうが自分だけが具合が悪いのではないし、今、イライラしているのは病気のせいなので対応してくれた人のせいではないと思った方がお互いのためだと思います。なんにせよ、的確な処方をしてくれていると思ってますので安心して通院しています。

先生、看護師さんはとっても優しくて、注射もとっても上手で痛くないです。
