先生と処置して頂いた看護婦さんはとても優しかったのですが、受付の方が怖いです…
電話だからぶっきらぼうなのかな？と思ったのですが、実際にお会いしても怖かったです…
初診でわからないことが多いのでご迷惑をおかけすることもあったかと思うのですが、
もう少し丁寧に説明してもらえるとありがたいです。

他の病院ですぐに悩みは解決しましたが、こちらでは何度も訴えても解決しませんでした。

The problem was solved immediately at another hospital, but I couldn't solve it even if I complained many times here.
