たしかに、買いに来るお客と、ただ見に来るお客のどっちが多いかと言えば後者だろうな。
でも、買うとなったら丁寧に説明してくれますし、自分の身体にあったサイズのものを探してくれます。アフターサービスだって、チェーン店だと予め何千円も取られますが、そういうものはなし。見てくれます。
どこぞの大手業者ではなく、職人がやってる街の自転車と考えて下さいね。

パーツ類はShimanoからSRAM、スタンドやサドル、ライトまで。
自転車はママチャリからGiant,Fujiなどのクロスバイク、メリダ,ビアンキなどのロードバイクまであります。とくにビアンキに関しては結構なラインナップがあります。
値段も別に高いわけではありません。相場より少し低めかな？
結構な回数パーツを買いに行ってますが、レビューにある挨拶が無いとかそういったことは一度もありませんでした。
ただ、作業している従業員には話しかけずらいと感じます。
よくレジにいるおばさんはとても態度がよく話しかけやすいので用事があるときはその人のところに話しかけに行くのがいいと思います。
