★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の接客態度が悪く不快な気持ちになりました。２回来店し、それぞれ別の男性店員でしたが二人ともです。近いからこちらを利用したけど、もう行かない。ちょっと遠くても、他の自転車屋さん探します。
 The clerk's service attitude was bad and I felt uncomfortable. I visited the store twice and each was a different male clerk, but both of them. I used this because it was close, but I didn't go anymore. Even if it is a bit far, I look for other bicycle shops.

客が来ても挨拶すらしない。
整備のレベルも低いし、取り扱ってる自転車ブランドもすぐ潰れるくそメーカーしかない。
買わない方がいいです。
どうせ買うなら三郷店をおすすめします

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理をお願いしたのだが、直ってない所があったり、ブレーキの修理が他の店よりも下手すぎて控えめに言って最悪だった。
I asked for repairs, but there were some things that weren't fixed, and the brakes weren't repaired as well as other stores, so it was the worst to say the least.

お会計しても一切の笑顔も無し、ただマニュアル通りの人達でした。
