★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最高のホルモン焼き。店がまえはしきいが高い感じですが、入れば即常連レベルに昇格して最高の時間を過ごせます。ちょっと市街地からは遠いですが出張で酒田に来た人の一人飲みにもオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉屋が焼肉屋になっただけあって本当に美味い。予約必須なだけある。この先もお元気で頑張って頂きたい。
ちなみに大将はケルンのマスター井山氏のお弟子さんとのこと。ここで美味い肉を堪能して雪国で〆るというのも乙なものであろう。

尋常成らざる量のにんにくペーストが乗っかっていてパンチの効いた強烈な味付けになっている。
休みの前日にでもご賞味あれ。

ジンギスカンどうしても食べたくて来店。
あと、ホルモン以外も味わっておこうかと。絶対に火を通し過ぎない様に心掛け、余熱で火が通る事も想定して大事に焼き上げました。

テイクアウト利用しました。
ホルモン丼は凄く美味しく大満足。牛タン弁当は美味しいけど満足度は普通。
ただ、更に別日に頼んだ「和牛カルビ弁当」にガッカリ。たった3切れのカルビ(メニューは4切れ)だったけど、お店での満足感から「きっとマイナス1切れを補う味と満足度があるに違いない」なんて想いもあっさり裏切られ、ただただ損した気分に。
正直、小さめのカルビ4切れで1000円もどうかと思うので色々見直したらどうでしょう。"並じゃない並カルビ弁当"とか評判になるものでも参考にして頂きたい。

The hormone bowl is very delicious and very satisfying. Beef tongue lunch is delicious but satisfaction is normal.
However, I was disappointed with the "Wagyu beef rib lunch" I ordered on another day. It was only 3 slices of ribs (4 slices on the menu), but from the satisfaction at the restaurant, I was easily betrayed by the feeling that "there must be a taste and satisfaction that makes up for minus 1 slice", and I just felt lost. To.
To be honest, I think it would be 1000 yen for 4 small ribs, so why not review it in various ways? Please refer to the ones that have a good reputation, such as "unusual average rib lunch".
