★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高松の池のほとりにある、人目につきにくい地蔵堂。前盛岡市長、北田親氏（きただ ちかうじ）が建てたものとされる。高松の池に咲き乱れる桜から、「桜の霊」が、高松の池の開発に関わった人々の功徳を称えるために、「高松の池の開発に貢献した人達」が祀られているらしい。高松の池に来たならついでに見て行きたい所。
