s	soichi miyata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019.1.22㈫以前から気になっていたので寄ってみました。ここでは刀削麺（トウショウメン）という変わった麺が食べれると聞いてました。なので刀削麺にしてみようと決めてたので今回は麻辣牛肉刀削麵にしてみました。牛肉ピリ辛ラーメンと言ったとこでしょうか？辛さが選べましたが、中華系食堂の辛さは普通のラーメン屋のピリ辛ラーメンとはレベルが違うと予想して普通辛にしました。待っている間にメニューを一通り見ましたが凄い品数です? 何故か中華屋さんはメニューが凄い多いです。メニューを眺めてる間に届けられた刀削麺を見たら… 真っ赤? 辛さには割と自信が有りましたが大辛にしなくて正解でした（笑）スープから飲んでみましたが、ヤハリ辛い！当たり前（笑）でも、色の赤さ程ではないかなと？日本のラーメンとは明らかに違う香りですが美味いです！味付された牛肉も独特の風味でGOOD！そして刀削麺！? 太くて力強い麺は細く伸ばしたひっつみやすいとんの様で歯ごたえが強く美味いです！? しかし、普通辛でも仲本のカップラーメン位辛いので辛味が駄目な人は辛くない刀削麺にした方が良いかと！刀削麺だけでも沢山の味が有るのでだいぶ楽しめそうです！次は定食系も試してみたいです！? 2019.1.22 ㈫ I've been interested in it for a long time, so I stopped by. 鉄	鉄三郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛岡で現地っぽい中華をリーズナブルに食べたい時はここに行きます。セットメニューの安さは特筆すべきものがあります。また実は盛岡市内で刀削麺が食べられる貴重なお店でもあります。と言ってもこちらの刀削麺は私の知ってる刀削麺とは食感が違うので、もしかしたら厳密には作り方が違うのかも知れません。時間帯によっては店内で子供がランドセル置いて宿題をやっていたり、いろんな意味でアットホームなお店です。お店の駐車場がないのが唯一の難点です。 If you want to eat local Chinese food at a reasonable price in Morioka, go here. For the ramen in the ramen set, I ate dandan noodles and fried rice. The noodles were curly thin noodles and I liked them. Next time I would like to eat another ramen.
篠	篠原竜彦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岩手県盛岡市の上田にある『中華料理・八仙閣』さん?何故か外の照明がついてなかったのですが、入ったら温かく迎えていただきました?中国ご出身のご夫婦で切り盛りされています。店内が思うより広く、他の方との距離も十分に取れます?例によって大量のメニュー?目当ての品を探すのが一苦労。。。でもランチとディナーでオトクなセットをご用意頂いていますので初めてならこちらから選ぶのが無難?今回は激辛台湾ラーメンと麻婆飯のセット\880と焼餃子\350をチョイス。10分待たず着丼、なかなかのビジュアル！というかセットメニューなのに麻婆丼はほぼ一人前、餃子も６個?素晴らしい内容です?激辛台湾ラーメンは細麺、醤油ベースで刻まれたニラともやし、挽き肉。スープは辛味というより焦がしたネギなどの苦味もある異国情緒たっぷりの味?日本人向けの味付けなのかなぁ、食べやすく美味しさもここならではのオリジナリティに溢れています?私はオススメいたしますが、今どきの綺麗さは欠けるのでそのへんはご判断を?
