お客をお客とも扱わない態度、言葉遣いや一方的な話し方です。
少しはこちらの話を聴くことができないのか疑問です。
特に男性担当者はマナーがなっていません。

男性担当者のマナーも改善傾向で継続していただけると素敵な支部になるかと思います。
女性の方は親切です。
ただ奥に座っている上司？
お客さんが来ても知らぬ顔、怖い顔。
すれ違っても無視の方もいらっしゃるので、一人でもそういう方がいるとその方で印象操作されますね。
