スタッフさん達がとても明るく楽しいです。
コース後はとてもスッキリとしていて、身体が軽いです。まだ目標体重には全然届いてないですが、頑張りたいです。
 You can rest assured that you will drop about 1 kilogram at a time.
The staff are very bright and fun.
After the course it is very refreshing and the body is light. I have not reached my target weight yet, but I would like to do my best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さん施術も上手で丁寧にしっかりとしてくれます。食事の面や普段のケア方法等もアドバイスをしてくれて嬉しいです。まだ通い始めですが少しずつ身体の変化を感じて居るところです。自分の身体の事をきちんと知れて、通っている間だけではなくその後を見据えた指導をして頂けるので来て良かったです。
Everybody is good at the treatment, and he/she fixes it well. I'm happy to give you advice on how to eat and how to take care of yourself. I'm still starting to go there, but I'm just beginning to feel my body change little by little. I am glad that I can know my body properly and can give guidance not only while I am going, but also afterwards.

また 施術だけでなく色んなアドバイスも頂けるので気軽に相談もでき、気持ちよく通えるサロンだと思います。

今回はブライダル前ということでお世話になってます。毎回びっくりするくらいの汗が出て、ハンドマッサージもまさにプロ！という感じです。笑
エステというよりダイエットのための道場ですね(^^)本気でダイエットしたい方にオススメです。

This time it was before the bridal, so I am indebted to you. Every time I get a surprising amount of sweat, my hand massage is just professional! It's like that. Lol
It's a dojo for dieting rather than beauty treatment salons (^^) Recommended for those who really want to diet.

I couldn't continue my diet on my own, but since I went to El Seine, my weight and appearance have changed steadily, and there are so many different El Seine! The conversation with the staff is also fun and I am spending a meaningful time.
