焼き餃子を注文すると出てくるオリジナル味噌ダレは絶品。

鶏出汁がしっかりした濃い味で鶏の脂がかなり入り、全然あっさりではありません^^;
が、名前にかみ合っていないだけで、ラーメンとしてはかなり美味しいです。
たっぷり水菜とレモンが脂っこいスープを中和していますが、だから「あっさり」が名前にはいってるのかな？
餃子や鶏の唐揚げも美味しいお店ですが、立地上お値段高めなのがマイナスポイントかも。

点心やお茶の他にもお得なご飯類や麺類とのセットメニューがあり、ランチ限定のリーズナブルなメニューもあります。
接客や対応も宜しいので、お勧めのお店です。
It is a shop of the Taiwan Dim Sum located on the second floor of Aeon Town Tsunan, at the corner of the restaurant area.

A dim sum restaurant in Aeon Tsunan. It's not like a ramen shop, so you can enjoy Chinese food with a different taste. We had a set of three types of dim sum and Chinese soba with salty vegetables. This is a great menu to choose between noodle dishes or rice dishes and add dim sum dishes from the set. It has become one of the shops I want to repeat.

とにかくなに食べても美味しかった。
エビチリも食べ応えがあり。
マーボーも少し舌が痺れるような山椒がクセになる旨さです、チャーハンもかなりのパラパラ加減で家で作るのは無理なレベルです！！
餃子も中身がしっかり入っていて羽根がパリパリ、つけダレは味噌ダレがあり、つけた方が美味しい。
点心も旨味が濃縮されていてそれぞれ美味い。
最後は杏仁豆腐でお口スッキリです♩
値段は少し高いが全然許容範囲内だ！！
麻婆チャーハンセット1180円
大エビチリ+餃子セット1580円+230円
合計3229円でした。
2人で大満足でしたよ。
ちょっと良いこと書きすぎましたが、本当にオススメです。

若い女性の方に接客されましたがコップ等を置く時が雑で音にびっくりしました。謝ることもなく無愛想。案内の時から最後まで不快でした。
2人で行ってあんかけラーメンと坦々麺をいただきましたが味はどちらも微妙。餃子も頼みましたがどれもぬるい。
2度と行きません。

お昼時で店外に列ができており、ランチを食べている方が多くみえました。
坦々麺は辛さがけっこうあり、味は薄めでした。
あんかけチャーハンは海老が冷たかったが、あんはトロッとしており、中のチャーハンはおいしかったです。
女性に人気店なのか、おすすめしていただきお邪魔しました。
