t	traveller DEEP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40年前にこのお店の裏に住んでおり、小さな頃からここのカステラとプリンアラモードを食べておりました。久々に訪れると隣の弁天市場は更地になっており、裏通りも高いマンションが建ち、映画館もパチンコ屋も無くなり、全く知らない街になってしまいましたが、こちらのお店だけが唯一生き残っていたのがせめてもの救いでした。店内は変わったのかすらも覚えておりませんでしたが、お土産にカステラとプリンアラモードを買って帰りました。名古屋の下町も無機質なマンションばかりになり、風情もへったくれも無くなってしまったことに寂しさを感じましたが、まだ思い出の景色が少しでも残っていてもらえただけで感動しました。なかなか来れませんが、美味しいカステラとプリンアラモード、ご馳走さまでした。 I lived behind this store 40 years ago and have been eating castella and pudding a la mode since I was little.
