★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店頭で売ってるやきとり、匂いに釣られて買ったけど、肉屋のやきとりとは思えないクオリティにがっかり。。。
塩が全然効いてなくて生臭い。鶏レバーはボソボソで大きさもバラバラなので焼き加減が均一ではない。砂肝は小さ過ぎるせいで焼き過ぎでカチカチ。
初めて食べ残した。バイトの少年達に任せてるのかな？せめて仕込みは親方がやりませんか？
もう二度と買わない。
I bought the yakitori sold at the store because of the smell, but I was disappointed with the quality that I couldn't think of as a butcher's yakitori. .. ..
The salt doesn't work at all and it smells fishy. The chicken liver is lumpy and the size is different, so the degree of roasting is not uniform. The gizzards are too small and are overcooked and tick.
I left it for the first time. Is it left to the boys of the part-time job? Isn't the master doing the preparation at least?
I will never buy it again.
