場所柄か洋書や外国の写真集が豊富で、部屋のインテリアになりそうな本もある。
読書というだけでなく、ファッション感覚で本を選ぶにもいいのではないか。

Postcards, stationery, foreign books and magazines are on sale. The Japanese books have disappeared except for the ones related to Yokohama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年に書籍販売を終了したのは残念だが、横浜ならではの洋書と横浜関係のタウン誌だけはまだ2Fで扱っており、他の書店ではなかなか入手できないものなので、ありがたい。3Fでは文房具を取り扱っている。
It's a pity that the book sales ended in 2020, but I'm grateful that only foreign books unique to Yokohama and Yokohama-related town magazines are still available on the 2nd floor, and it's hard to get them at other bookstores. Stationery is available on the 3rd floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本の数は、少ないけれど、英語の絵本を外国人が読み聞かせする日があったり、他の書店とは違う魅力があります。アメリカ占領下に有った横浜元町らしいイベントだと思います。
書店員さんも、とても親切です

2階が書籍、エレベーターで上がる3階には文具があります。
土地柄外国人が多いので、外国書籍も取り揃えています。

Books are on the 2nd floor, and stationery is on the 3rd floor, which is lifted by the elevator.

以前はあらゆるジャンルの書籍を扱って
いましたが、現在では洋書と地元紙と
一部の雑誌を扱っています。
店内に無い書籍は注文で取り寄せることができます。
地元の書籍には横浜元町の歴史が当時の写真と共に紹介されているものもあり、とても参考になります。
また、洋書は以前から種類が豊富で見るだけでもとても楽しいですが、きっと気に入った書籍が見つかると思います。
洋書は持っているだけでもワクワクしますね。
文具は３階ですがグリーティングカードやカレンダー、ポストカード等は書籍と同じ２階にあります。
グリーティングカードはここでしか手に入らない物もありますよ。
元町に行ったら是非寄ってみて下さいね。

It's exciting just to have a foreign book.
Stationery is on the 3rd floor, but greeting cards, calendars, postcards, etc. are on the same 2nd floor as books.
Some greeting cards can only be obtained here.
