★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで在庫あり、とあったので行ってみたら在庫が無いとの事。後日確認しても在庫ありのままで、まったく信用出来ません（もちろん置いてありませんでした）。その上、「佐藤」とか言う店員は特に酷いです。狭い店内で退くことはせず、「お前の方が邪魔だよ！どけよ！」と言わんばかりにぶつかって来ます。客を追い出そうとするこうゆう店は感染対策などの意識がまったく無いのでしょう。そういった意味でも印象は最悪でした。
It was said that it was in stock on the net, so when I went there, it was out of stock. Even if I check it at a later date, it is still in stock and I can't trust it at all (of course I didn't put it). Besides, the clerk called "Sato" is especially terrible. Instead of retreating in a small store, they just hit me saying, "You're in the way! The Koyu store that tries to drive out customers probably has no awareness of infection control. In that sense, the impression was the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年同じ同人誌店『とらのあな』が閉店した為に、横浜で唯一同人誌店になりました。貴重な存在かと。
品揃えは良い方で不満は無いです。
マイナス点はビル設備環境でしょうか？
ビル入口は高さ30cm位の段差がある、1人しか通れない狭い階段。（店は5〜6階なので）エレベーターもなかなか来ないという…。

The entrance to the building is a narrow staircase with a height of about 30 cm that only one person can pass through. (Since the store is on the 5th to 6th floors), the elevator doesn't come easily ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人ものすごく丁寧な店員さんいますが、他は…。何年か前から利用してますが、何か感じのいい店員の人達は辞めて、暗くて態度悪い人が残ってどんどんだらしない感じのお店になってる感じはします。昔の秋葉原のゲームショップとかオタク系の店にはありがちですが。
There is one very polite clerk, but the others ... I've been using it for a few years now, but I feel like the store is becoming more and more sloppy, with some nice clerk quitting and some dark and bad-mannered people remaining. It's common in old Akihabara game shops and otaku shops.

レジや通販受け取りは呼び出しベル押して対応してもらうスタイルです。
お店の陳列は商品の見せ方・取り扱い数と通路の広さがバランス良く取られていると思います。
The 5th floor is a commercial / doujin floor for the general public, and the 6th floor is a commercial / doujin floor for R18, where you can receive CDs and mail orders.
It is a style to have the cashier and mail order received by pressing the call bell.
I think that the display of the store has a good balance between how the products are displayed, the number of items handled, and the size of the aisles.
