た	たかはしりか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒くなってきたこともあってギックリ腰をやってしまいました。起き上がるのも、歩くのも痛くて、やっとの思いでこちらの整骨院にやってきました。歩くのもやっとな状態の私にスタッフの方が優しく声をかけてくださり、「ゆっくりで大丈夫ですよ」と終始気遣ってくださいました。治療については「とにかく良くなれば何でもいいです」とオーダー（笑）やはり冷えもあるらしくお灸と鍼をしてもらいました。終わって治療用のベッドから起き上がるときにはすでに変化があってびっくり！帰りは普通に歩いて帰ることができました。もちろん一度ですっかり治るわけではありませんが、それでもここまで良くなって本当に嬉しいです！先生からは少しの間は定期的な治療が必要と言われていて、しばらく通います。整骨院の先生って職人で恐いイメージ？があったのですが、先生たちも気さくで優しいのでこちらに来てよかったです。 I've been doing my hips because of the cold weather.
