★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バブル時代に建てられた一風変わった団地。阪神高速湾岸線からも異彩を放つこの建物がよく見える。25階建てのマンションもエレベーターは5階おきにか停まらない。また、そのエレベーターホールにはごみエアシューターがあるが、1階に落ちるだけではなくそのままゴミ処理場まで行くそうだ。この、ごみエアシューター（ごみパイプライン）はこの芦屋浜周辺に張り巡らされており、近未来的な印象を受けるがその維持費の高さから存続の危機に直面しているのだそう。その他、色々目を引くものがこの周辺には存在している。
