N	N Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛蚊症が気になり受診。空気で測る簡易の眼圧測定で眼圧が高く出たため、一度目の受診で緑内障と診断されてしまった。問診だけで緑内障の目をしていると言われ緑内障の目薬の処方箋をもらう。｢緑内障の目などあるのか？｣と思い名古屋の緑内障専門医で再度診察。本来緑内障の診断は精密眼圧、OCT、視野検査を何度か繰り返し診断されるもので私は20代でもあり、精密眼圧、OCT、視野検査の結果何も問題ないと診断された。精密眼圧、OCT、視野検査の機械がない状況で緑内障の診断は有り得ないと名古屋の病院では失笑されてしまった。処方箋を見せるとかなりビックリしていた。緑内障の目薬は高額であり、副作用もあるためいい加減な診断はしないでいただきたい。私は疑いセカンドオピニオンをしたが、もしろくな検査もせず、緑内障の診断をされ高額な目薬治療を続けている患者がいると思うとゾッとする。 I was worried about the floater and went to see a doctor. I was in my twenties, and as a result of precision intraocular pressure, OCT, and visual field test, it was diagnosed that there was no problem. I was laughed at at a hospital in Nagoya because it was impossible to diagnose glaucoma without a machine for precision intraocular pressure, OCT, and visual field test. I was quite surprised when I showed my prescription. Eye drops for glaucoma are expensive and have side effects, so please do not make a sloppy diagnosis. I had a suspicious second opinion, but I'm horrified to think that some patients have been diagnosed with glaucoma and continue to receive expensive eye drop treatment without any ill-advised tests.
