看護士の方も丁寧で、先生も良い印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年4月に開院された新しい病院です。土曜にインフルエンザの予防接種を受けに初めて行きました。混んでいて1時間ほど待ちました。通常の診察はweb予約できるみたいです。医師は優しく、注射も上手で好感が持てました。
This is a new hospital that opened in April 2020. I went to get a flu shot for the first time on Saturday. It was crowded and I waited for about an hour. It seems that you can make online reservations for regular medical examinations. The doctor was kind, and the injection was good, and I liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風疹のワクチンの件で予約しておりました。何度か訪れていましたが都合が悪くなり予約変更したく電話で予定変更した際はじめて会話する受付の人..すごく対応が悪く親身に聞いてくれませんで、予定変更の話をしてるのに「じゃーキャンセルしときますね！こちらは構わないので」と一方的に切られました。
その後色々考えましたが他院だとワクチンがなく取り寄せに時間がかかるのでもう一度電話したら同じ人が出て「キャンセルしちゃいましたよぉ〜ハッハッハッ！キャンセルし直しってことですか？フッ！キャンセル次したらキャンセル料とりますからねー」と終始ずっと小馬鹿にしたようにずっと笑っていました。何がおかしいんだか？そもそも予定変更してくれなかったのもアトラスの受付の人！キャンセル決めたのもアトラスの受付の人！もう少し親身になって欲しかった。
そして..受付の人のせいで病院のイメージが悪くなるってこと忘れないでほしい。他の人は本当に親身で丁寧な対応です！なんて方が存じませんがこのご時世でよくあんな対応ができると思いました！
I made a reservation for the rubella vaccine. I've been to it several times, but it's inconvenient and I want to change my reservation. The receptionist who talks for the first time when I change my schedule on the phone .. "Well, I'll cancel it! I don't mind this," he said unilaterally.
After that, I thought about various things, but at another hospital, there is no vaccine and it takes time to get it, so when I called again, the same person came out and said, "I canceled it! Then I'll charge a cancellation fee. "I was laughing all the time as if I was a fool. What's wrong? The person at the Atlas receptionist didn't change the schedule in the first place! The person at the Atlas receptionist decided to cancel! I wanted you to be a little more friendly.
And .. don't forget that the receptionist makes the image of the hospital worse. Others are really friendly and polite! I don't know how to do it, but I thought I could handle it like that in this age!

ハキハキ喋っている所に好感がもてます。
コロナワクチンでしか行っていませんが、また何かあったら伺いたいです。
