現メンバーで数年仕事されてるみたいですが、片方が上手く配慮出来てないのか、連携が上手くいってない事もしばしばある。
その間お客は待たされてるというのも、お忘れなく。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約時間に間に合う様に自宅を出て向かっていたらサロンから着信があり、気づかなかったので留守電に要件が入っていました。
留守電を聞いてみると、もう家を出ましたか？出てなかったら予約時間をズラしてほしいとの内容が。
すぐに折り返すと、もういいです。との事。
何日も前から予約しているのに、予約時間前ギリギリに時間をズラしてと言ってくるサロンは始めてでした。
それ自体有り得ないと感じたのに、折り返しの電話をした時に当たり前の様にもういいです。と言われもう嫌な予感しかしません。
疲れていたのでリラクゼーションの為に予約を入れたのに、まさか気分を害されるなんて思ってもいませんでした。こんな人に身体を触られるなんて嫌すぎるのでキャンセルしてもらいました。最後まで1度も謝罪はありませんでした。
一言言わせてもらいますけど、
