★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高田馬場駅から歩いて3分。新宿区立の建物で、新宿区立リサイクルセンターの表示がめだちますが同じ建物です。3階４階が知的障害者の通所施設『高田馬場福祉作業所』です。一階は、知的障害者が働いているベーカリーカフェ『まりそる』があります。季節毎の新作パンやコーヒー、アイスをカフェで楽しめます。ベビーカーや車椅子の方も来ています。ママ友と子連れで、のんびり穏やかな時間を過ごすことができます。リーズナブルでWi-Fi無料あり❗️
11月にアトムフェスタという、大規模なお祭りがあり、沢山の人が来ています。
 3 minutes walk from Takadanobaba Station. Shinjuku City Recycling Center displays the same building, but it is the same building. The 3rd and 4th floors are the Takadanobaba Welfare Work Center, a place for people with intellectual disabilities. On the first floor is the bakery cafe "Marisoru" where people with mental disabilities work. Seasonal new bread, coffee and ice can be enjoyed at the cafe. Strollers and wheelchairs are also coming. You can spend a calm time with your mom and children. Reasonable and free Wi-Fi available.
There is a large festival called Atom Festa in November, and many people are coming.
