車で訪問しましたが、駐車場から出るまで、外に出て見送ってくれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お菓子はそこそこ美味しいのですが、こちらのお見送りサービスがいらないと思っています。
車に乗り、メールの返事を返したり電話をしていてもずっと待っていられるのが迷惑な時があります。
マニュアル通りな接客では真心が感じません。店頭で笑顔で接客された方がずっと嬉しいですね。
The sweets are reasonably delicious, but I don't think I need this send-off service.
Sometimes it's annoying to be able to wait forever, even if you're in the car, replying to emails or calling.
I don't feel sincere when serving customers according to the manual. I'm much more happy to be served with a smile at the store.

こちらは本店と違って駐車場も広いのでお買い物がしやすいのが嬉しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お世話になった方にお礼にと箱菓子を買いに行ったのですが、4人の店員が全員でラッピング作業をして誰も接客しませんでした。大量購入のお客さんがいて忙しかったのかもしれませんが！他のお客さんも接客されずに困っていました。
因に私は10分以上待ちましたが、接客されないので常盤店に行き、気持ち良い接客をしてもらいました。
I went to buy a box of sweets to thank those who took care of me, but all four clerk did the wrapping work and no one served. Maybe I was busy with a lot of customers! I was in trouble because other customers couldn't serve customers.
By the way, I waited for more than 10 minutes, but I couldn't serve customers, so I went to the Tokiwa store and had them serve customers comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内が明るく、店員さんが親切に優しく対応していただきました。家族のバースデーケーキを受け取りに行きましたが、ホワイトデー期間限定のメニューがあり、11～14日の４日間のみで、その中でもミルフィーユがスゴく気になりました。
フルールきくやは購入のお客様を外でお見送りしてくれます。昔と変わらず今も継続されていることがすごいなぁ…と感じた今日でした。
