This restaurant is a 7 minute walk from the Ebisu station of the Hibiya Line train. Reservations should be set as the restaurant can only house around 10 people at the same time. It offers traditional kaiseki dishes that are to die for. They also offer a wide variety of drinks such as beer and Japanese sake. The pictures I included here are some of the best Japanese dishes I've ever had. Make sure to get the set with Bonito and Buri! (Seasonal fish dishes)

Amazing experience, good flavor to each dish, fresh ingredients, overall highly recommend this restaurant. Was invited for lunch here and will try to come back for dinner. Chef (and owner) speaks English very well so while sitting at the counter, we could interact in English as each dish came with a short explanation. Normally not a huge oyster eater however, these, fresh from Hokkaido and just amazing. Really nice place, thank you! Staff also very nice and friendly.
