★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後部座席にシートベルトを留める金具がなくて、安全が確保できない。カードを使えるか聞いただけでネチネチ小言を言われる。オススメできない。
 There is no metal fitting to fasten the seat belt to the back seat, so safety cannot be ensured. Just asking if you can use the card will make you swear. I can't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客に「それぐらいの距離、歩けばいい」と不躾な発言をするドライバーの在籍する会社。また、このことを指摘すると逆上するなど大変危険な思いをした。
小距離の利用だったのでこのような発言をしたと思うが、
利用者の事情を知らずに軽率な発言をするのは非常に不愉快。運転手云々より社会人としてのモラルが無いと見てとれる。
上記の輩以外の方の尊厳のために言うが、電話口の方のように丁寧な方もいる。1人の軽率な言動が会社のイメージを悪くさせることを改めて認識していただければと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タクシーを自宅前に予約して待っていたのになかなか来ないので、何度も電話をした結果、勘違いして違う住所で待っていたらしく結局10分も遅れてきた。しかし運転手さんは謝りもしなかった。この10分で間に合わないことがあることだってある。高齢のおじいさんで何を言っても無理な雰囲気だったので文句を言うのも我慢したが、かなり不愉快でした。もうこんな会社、使いません。
電話対応もタメ口でびっくりしました。
タクシーの会社のレベルって、こんなものなんでしょうか。
