ブ	ブルースバラライカ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月に3万円ほど利用していましたが、配車の担当の方の無責任さにほとほと呆れたので利用をしないことに決めました。配車予約を40分前に行う→配車時刻を6分ほどオーバーした頃、ドリーム交通から電話があり間違えた場所に配車してたので、今から5、6分でタクシーを回しますので、待ってくださいとのこと。(配車してた事態が嘘くさいです) その後11分後にタクシーが来ましたが、見事に会食に遅れてしまいました。予定配車時刻から計18分遅れで配車て、本気で論外だとおもいます。近所ではドリームの配車がまともじゃ無いと噂されていましたが、地元の企業で愛着もあり利用していたのに本当に残念です。まともな謝罪も一言も無しだったのも余計腹が立ちました。たかが電話といえど、ドライバーや会社に多大な影響を与えることを自覚するべきです。ドライバーはお話出来る良い方ばかりなのに本当に残念です。 I used to spend about 30,000 yen a month, but I was surprised at the irresponsibility of the person in charge of dispatching, so I decided not to use it.
