★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同じタイヤ館でも全く対応は別店のようです。受付時に「整備記録紙無いから記録しないから。記録してと威張られても困る。買った店の方がサービスいいから買った店に行ったら？」というおじさんの受付。センターフィットの確認も無し。でも他店が3時間待ちだったのにここは15分ほどで終了。お世話様。
Even in the same tire building, it seems that the correspondence is completely different. At the reception, the uncle's receptionist said, "I don't record because I don't have the maintenance record paper. I don't want to be intimidated to record it. Why don't you go to the store where you bought it because the service is better?" There is no confirmation of center fit. But the other store was waiting for 3 hours, but it ended in about 15 minutes. Thank you for your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤがパンクした為、急遽タイヤ交換のために伺いました。店の方が色々と相談に応じてもらい、納得してタイヤを購入することが出来ました。ちょうど作業場も空いていたので、すぐに作業してもらい入店から30分程でタイヤ交換して頂けました。
I had a flat tire, so I hurriedly visited for a tire change. The shop staff gave me various consultations, and I was convinced that I was able to purchase the tires. The workshop was just open, so I had them work immediately and changed the tires in about 30 minutes after entering the store.

I have been indebted since I came to Yamagata 5 years ago. Please change the tires every season after arranging the tires in the summer and winter four years ago. To be honest, when I don't understand my father's Yamagata dialect, it's fun to talk about sweat and work. The tires were also cheaper.
