★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日電話で予約してタイヤの履き替えに行ったのですが、、電話で予約したタイヤが無く違うメ−カ−のタイヤに、、、ちょと不満が残ります。

追加料金の話のときだけ態度が良くなる。
もちろん追加料金はお断りさせて頂きました。
ちょっと大手の会社とは思えません。
子供も一緒に行ったので尚更嫌な気持ちになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応していただいたスタッフの話し方が上から目線であり、話を伺った後に検討する旨を伝えるも微妙な顔をされ、何も話さず立ち去られたのが気になりました。態度が時間を返せと言わんばかりでしたので、残念です。
The staff who responded to me was looking from the top, and even though I told them that I would consider it after hearing the story, I had a delicate face and I was worried that I left without talking. It's a shame because my attitude just told me to return the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤの購入とタイヤ交換をしに伺いました。車について詳しくないので選ぶ基準が分からないと伝えているのに、専門用語でしか説明してくれず、とてもわかりづらかったです。
また、タイヤ購入+交換を前日にネット予約していたにも関わらず1時間以上呼ばれず、声をかけたら30分後に鍵を渡してくれ、とのことでした。予約した時間からタイヤを交換してもらった車が戻ってくるまで2時間半かかりました。時間がかかるなら事前に伝えておくべきではないでしょうか？予約した意味がないような気がします。そして、会計をしてからの流れについての説明がなく、待合室の存在はピットの方から教えていただきました。
ピットの方々はとても優しかったですが、店舗の方の印象が悪かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やっぱ若いあんちゃん店員ばかりの所は指揮がない、この前も客に「いつまで待たせるんだ！！」とキレられてる所に遭遇。
車検時にオイル交換を追加したらいつものオイルでなく3倍の値段のオイルを入れられた。
「同じオイルでお願いします。」と言わんとあかんらしい、。
まあティッシュ山盛りのサ－ビスがあったからええけど。
普通さあ、オイル交換が終わったら客が車取りに行くんじゃなくて出入口付近までスタッフが車出してくるんじゃないかな
