The APA Hotel was completed in about 5 to 6 minutes from the west exit of Nagoya Station, and a brand new Taiwanese-style dining "Taiwan Kodara Nikki Dim Sum" was open on the 1st floor. This time it was my first visit, so I chose from a single item + salad buffet with a wait-and-see. [Today's order] ● Tantanyanagi noodles 1,000 yen (excluding tax) First of all, I ordered Tantan noodles, which is a standard menu listed at the top of each noodle item. The salad buffet is located in the center of the shop, and you go to pick it up with vinyl gloves. There are almost a few items left, such as squeezed vegetables, but it is a little doubtful that they have not been replenished even though there are few customers. The hotel breakfast is also served here, and was the buffet used from the morning? There are 12 types of products that are quite satisfying. Lettuce and cabbage salad, branch blister, corn, boiled eggplant, okra and trolley salad, boiled okra soup stock, potato salad, onion slices, squeezed vegetables, etc. Enjoy abundant salads and connect time until the main tantan noodles appear. The Tantan noodles that appeared are thin noodles, pure white authentic Chinese noodles, and boiled noodles that are not overcooked. Tantan noodle soup is a surprisingly light and smooth chicken-based soup stock prepared with Tahini soup and sesame oil. It has no richness or richness of sesame, and is soft and spicy. I felt that the hornless flavor that men and women of all ages could eat was a little unsatisfactory. I felt the taste was light, so I would like to add additional salad buffet squeezed vegetables. I was also reluctant to go get the squeezed vegetables that were scarcely left.
