上	上高原賢志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊橋で割と古くからあるうどん店です。少し前に店舗を改装して駐車場が大きくなり、訪問しやすくなりました。とり南蛮うどんを頂きました。ここのとり南蛮うどんは個性的でした。まず、鳥肉は焼いてあり、とても香ばしいです。普通煮ただけのものと比較にならないくらい美味しいです。つゆは鰹の出汁だけではなく鳥だしも恐らく入っていて、少しコッテリです。もしこの汁にラーメンの麺が入っていたならすごく美味しい鳥だしラーメンになるくらいの味で美味です。この出汁でカレーうどんも恐らく美味しいでしょう。うどんは細麺のコシ強めです。オススメします。 It is a udon shop that has been around for a long time in Toyohashi.
