設備その他の通知をしても大家さんに連絡している気配はない。
クレームは直接大家さんに言わなければならない。何の為の仲介業なのかわからない

入居時には設備についてのトラブル対応が遅く、何度連絡しても対応がかわらなかったため、最終的にはトラブルは解決されないまま退去しました。その時には、あまり真摯でない印象をうけました。
また、退去の際には使い道を説明される前に敷金をハウスクリーニング代として使い込まれるという暴挙に出られました。
googleの口コミも「内藤一郎」というかたが複数投稿していますので、評価を操作しているのかなという印象です。
