T	Tanaka T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元看護師です。他に類を見ないほど、最悪最低の病院でした！！！まず、来院し受付に寄りましたが受付の女性と看護師はわたしをまるで無視。「ペーパータオル」について話してました。患者を無視するのはおかしいと思い受付の方にその点について尋ねたところ「医療の話をしていたので手が離せませんでした！」と言い訳。こちらは看護師ですし、何を話しているのかすぐに分かります。そもそも、、受付の方に看護師が医療の相談をしますか？？？（笑）引越しにより、病院を変えざるをえないためこちらを受診しました。ご高齢の医師らしいですね。こちらの希望を聞くこともなく、医師の考えを押し付けられびっくりしました。体調が悪くなると出てきてしまう症状で、実際に体感で「そろそろ危ない」と感じたので症状が軽いうちに家に残っていた薬を使用し、足りない分の続きの薬が欲しかったのですが「詳しく検査をしないといけない、結果が出るには4日かかる。薬は出せない」と薬も出し惜しみされました。とりあえず、症状が出ていて辛いのだからその場で薬を出して、4日後に改めて結果の開示をすれば良かったんじゃないですかね。わたしも医療者なので医師の曖昧な回答や答えについて、更に質問をし返すと「検査しないと分からない」とシラをきられました。診察の要領も悪いので、受付の人たちは暇そうに雑談してましたし、わたしの前に3人しか待っていませんでしたが1時間待たされました。 I'm a former nurse. ぽ	ぽむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ数回程度の通院ですが、清潔感、対応など含めとても感じの良い病院です。コロナ対策もしっかりされていて、安心して通院できます。現在予約制で、コロナの影響により診療制限(県外へ出向いたことがある方は…など)がありますので、詳細は事前に問い合わせることをおすすめします。また、こういうご時世(コロナ禍)なので、予約時に基本1人で来院するよう説明されます。どうしてもという場合は、大人しく待っていられるのであれば…(感染対策で受付や看護師さんが相手にできないので)とのこと。なかなか小さなお子さんがいらっしゃる方は現実問題厳しいと思うので、預けるあてがある方は事前に預けて来院した方がいいと思います。追記次回受診日の確認は毎回受付の方にも確認するようにはしております。しかし私と受付の方と、先生とで認識が違っていたようで… 他にもお願いしていたことがぬけてたりと伝達がうまくいっていないことが多く感じ、そこの点だけ残念に思います。 I have only been to the hospital several times, but it is a very pleasant hospital, including cleanliness and response.
