防音を期待していましたが、上階の足音は結構うるさいです。他の方が言うように、掃除機も聞こえますし、笑い声も響きます。（夜中はやめて欲しい…）
良いところは収納とコンセントが多く、専用のゴミ捨て場があるところです。大家さんと直接やりとりをしないし、困った所は対応してくれるので有難いです。

I moved to Sharmison.
I was expecting soundproofing, but the footsteps on the upper floor were quite noisy. As others say, you can hear vacuums and laughter. (I want you to stop it at night ...)
The good thing is that there are lots of storage and outlets, and there is a dedicated garbage dump. I'm grateful because I don't interact directly with the landlord, and I'll respond to troubled places.

令和2年に社名が積水ハウス不動産東北株式会社に変更されおり、営業所も上荒川にある積水ハウス株式会社いわき営業所へと移転しています。連絡先電話番号等も変更されているので、一度ネットで検索されてから連絡することをおすすめします。
入居者のことをちゃんと考えてくれていて、親切に対応してくれました。

入る時はいい顔するけど、後々サポート不良です。
