t	tashi wa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもとてもひどい対応でした。本当に腹が立ちます。電話をし私自身名を名乗りお世話になっておりますと言ったらぶっきらぼうで年配の責任者という男が「はい…」と言って黙ったまま。その後の会話も再三失礼極まり無し。亡くなった愛犬の最期を面倒見て頂こうと思ってお話ししてもこうした無礼で失礼な対応をされるのは何とも心無いマナーだとその旨を当人に話しましたが、こちらの話は全くもって無視。その挙句、お世話になっております、ってここに二回三回お世話になった人なの？だのいくつもの屁理屈をあげ始める始末。そうしたうち話の最中に突然ガチャ切りされ、何とも理不尽で再度電話しましたが日中なのに誰も取らず留守番電話対応に変わってしまいました。経営者の方は責任者がこうした心無い応対でひどい企業と勘違いしてしまう事になってるのを知ったら激怒するはずです。人間でなく動物であっても家族同様に過ごしてきた愛犬が亡くなって何とも言えぬ気持ちのままお世話になろうと電話したのに、そうしたお客側の心情は一切解さないでぶっきらぼうな商売勘定のみの対応をされるのはまっぴら御免です。ちなみに同業他社にその後電話しましたらとてもとても丁寧な御対応でありがたかったです。 It was a very terrible response.
