初めて制服を購入したので、不安な事がたくさんありましたが、その時はご夫婦共にとても丁寧で安心してお任せしていたのですが…その後、裾直しなどを頼みたくて電話をしてみたら、奥様かな？女性の方の対応がものすごく悪く、急いでいたのか、電話に出るなり店名も言わず…はい？と言われ…とりあえず以前購入させてもらった旨を伝えると、お世話になりますなどの言葉もなく「で！？用件は何ですか！？」と早口で冷たく言われました。聞きたかったことは嫌々答える感じで一応用は済みましたが…何か他の用があってそのような対応になったのかもしれませんが、こちらは分かりません。
注文しに行った時にすごくいい方だったので、今回の対応にすごくビックリしたのと、ものすごく嫌な気持ちになりました。口コミなんて今まで一度も書いた事はありませんが、とてもショックだったので書かせてもらいます。

Maybe there was something else to do, but I don't know.
When I went to order, he was a very nice person, so I was very surprised at this response and felt very disgusted. I have never written a word of mouth, but I was so shocked that I will write it.
