ここで決めるときっと後悔します、大家の言いなりで、居住者のことを微塵も考えていません。
あまりにも酷かったので警察を呼びました。警察も頼りなかったですけどね?
とにかく他の大手をおすすめ致します…
星ひとつももったいないです?

修繕依頼をしても対応がとても遅く、忘れられて放置されることもありました。
物件のデメリットも黙っているなど、あらゆる面で誠意に欠けた不動産屋。

引っ越しの背景踏まえて、物件の図面には載っていない魅力もお伝えいただき、とてもよかったです。
これは、このお店に限らず、どこの不動産屋さんも同じなのですが、内見後、帰り道で急に態度が変わる？口数が減る？のはやはり少し怖いので星をマイナス1にしています。
また、今回はエリアを変えたことからお断りしてしまいましたが、物件は本当に素晴らしかったです。
そして何より、私が口コミを書こうと思ったのは、お断りメールにも返信をいただけたことです。
実は、このお店にたどり着くまで何軒かお邪魔したのですが、お断りメールへの返信は返ってきたためしがありません。
前職で不動産屋に務めていたこともあり、こういうものはご縁だと思っていたので、いつかまた探そうと思った時にそういうお店には頼まないし、人にも勧めることはありませんが、こちらのお店は是非勧めたいです。
お断りしてしまい、申し訳なかったのですが、また同じエリアで部屋探しをする機会があれば是非お願いしたいです。
