店内は田舎にいるような気分になれるゆったりした雰囲気です(^^)
ゆるいベジタリアンで、牛肉を食べるとお腹を壊すので数年ぶりに牛肉を食べました。
一口一口味わって食べたくなるお肉です。
すごく美味しかったですし、お腹を壊すこともなく本当に安心安全なお肉であることを実感しました。
前菜のお野菜もとても美味しかったです。

そのぶん、ゆっくり出来るのでママ友の集まりなんかにはぴったりです。
子連れのための半個室もあります。
隣のテーブルではおばあちゃん達が武田真治の筋肉の話をしています。
お料理は心が優しくなれそうな野菜多め・品数のメニュー。
ドレッシングも手作り。
このお店だとお肉を食べていても、健康になれる気がします。
料理そっちのけでお肉や飲み物をニコニコ説明しちゃうご主人には癒しを感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤ちゃんと奥さんの3人で遅めのランチに訪問しました。
ランチメニューに品切れがありましたが、オリジナルのメニューを出してもらったり凄くサービスがよく思えました。
ここまでの量だともっと金額すると思いましたが、ステーキメニューと同じ金額でした。
赤ちゃんがいたからですが、半個室の席も用意してくれたり、食べ残しを包んでくれたりとサービスも大満足でした。
また訪問したいです。

ドリンクは薄いかな。
店内がぐちゃぐちゃしてて、小汚ない感じなので、もう少し片付ければいいのにね。
ローストビーフの味がいいだけに残念な感じでした～?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden in the side street of Kichijoji is an organic restaurant Taihi Ban (meaning compost ground). They own a farm in Toyama and grow fruits and raise chicken and other livestock animals. The interior feels kind of like a farmers market. The food is fresh and tastes excellent. You can buy organic wine, juice, marmalade, fresh eggs, etc. This place deserves more credit. Cash only.
