更に以前に建立されたという説も有ります。
石碑の形が秋田の太平山三吉神社と類似している為、
秋田から分かれた物とされる説も有るそうです。
石碑まで至る道は、結構な勾配でちょっとした登山です。
途中開けた場所があって、若畑の田畑が一望できます。
社があるわけではなく、石碑と囲いがあるのみですが、石碑には
太平山三吉神社
と記されています。
ちなみに本家の太平山三吉神社は、
勝利、成功、事業繁栄のご利益があるそうです。
若畑の太平山三吉神社も、それにあやかりたかったのかもしれませんね。
