当日、「予約されていません。」と言い切られること。(←予約がないからお引き取り下さい。という意味に私は捉えました。)
これらのリスクを考慮した上で予約することをおすすめします。

ほかの電話対応の方が丁寧な方なだけあって残念です。名前聞くべきでした。

「何でですか？」と聞いたら、
「その日の宅配の枠は埋まってます」と返された。
こっちは宅配の枠というものがあるなど知るよしもないし、ホムペで案内があったとしても、客商売なんだから、
「申し訳ありませんが、その日の宅配の枠は埋まっておりまして、宅配は致しかねます。」
と言うべきではないか？と思った。
という具合に接客態度が芳しくない。
安いのは良いとしても、もうここを使うことはないでしょう。
ここよりも高くてもよそを使います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用しました。格安なので、ボロボロの車かと思って借りに行きましたが、思ったより綺麗でした。総走行距離はそれなりでしたが、綺麗に清掃されている印象でした。予約を取ったときには、女性の方が対応してくださり、明るく丁寧な方でした。しかし、他の方々も書かれている通り、貸出と返却を対応してくださった男性のスタッフさんたちはイマイチな対応でした。雑、テキトー、という感じではありましたが、無駄がなくスピーディーで悪くなかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車に不備があり、バッテリーが上がり動かなくりました。それにより帰りが約1時間ほど遅くなったにも関わらず、延長料金満額請求されました。
返却の際、それはおかしくないですか？と受付の男性スタッフに伝えたところ、「弊社の車両の問題だが、それでも延長料金は払って下さい。無理なら、もう2度と弊社を使わないで下さい」と睨まれ、凄く怖かったです。
即効で2度と使わないを選びましたが笑
安かろう悪かろうの典型なので、無難にニコニコレンタカー使った方がトータルで満足度高いかと。
