★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good kaiseki. Have I had better kaiseki? Yes. Was everything here done right? Also yes.
The service is on par with any other superb restaurant in Japan--I had the pleasure of dining almost alone (had an 8pm weekday reservation and by that time most other other parties were finishing) and you could see the chefs preparing your food taking the dishes to the head chef for inspection first before being served to you. It is that sort of attention to detail that makes me very much appreciate Japanese cuisine and dining.
The first few dishes of the meal were underwhelming, but the sashimi course and the spare rib I chose were significantly better. I found the price to also be very reasonable for the quality.
If you are looking for a good introduction to Japanese "fine dining" this would be an excellent spot to do so. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone in Osaka but if you have other kaiseki experience and are on the fence I wouldn't necessarily call this a "must-go".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy experience with one other couple in the restaurant on a Friday night. Set menu started with Shirako. Sake-sake-wine-wine pairings were carefully chosen and pours were generous.

Extremely refined. The food is accorded to Japanese philosophy wabisabi, and doesn't taste strong, but that brings it to a higher level.
Wine pairing is inexpensive compared to wine pairing in USA, and wines are very nice for the food, I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a pleasure. Try to sit at the table if you get a chance. The many flavours go perfectly with the sake recommendations given by the madam of the restaurant. She remembered that we regularly come for a birthday and even prepared something special to celebrate. The real service only few place in Japan give. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't really tried other 3 stars before so comparison may be subjective. But I really enjoyed myself here and the food was very good. More traditional Jap style of food (except the mains) and it's very unique in terms of taste.
For a 3 star restaurant they are widely considered affordable. Recommended to try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m disappointed with the Michelin 2-star rating after my dinner experience here. Food ingredients were ok but flavors a bit average. Dish displays were quite average while the restaurant decoration was quite old. English level of serving staff here was above average though.
