K	Kaori Hanada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は知らないが、接客は最底辺のランク。外国人を連れて通りすがり、朝に来店。お腹が空いていたのでモーニング以外を注文したくて、できるか聞くと通常のオーダーもできるとのこと。日本語からメニューを訳しながら、友人に説明していると中年女性店員に「朝はモーニングにしてもらえませんかね！？」といきなり大きい声が飛んできて、一瞬固まった。他のメニューも注文できると言ったのにモーニングを強要され、「何を注文するつもりなんですか？」と続けざまに中年男性店員に聞かれた。「日本語が喋れないから今説明しているところなんですが、待ってもらえないんですか？」と思わず言ってしまった。その時点であまりに気分が悪く、友人に説明し、出て行くことに。友人が片言で「ナンデアナタマッテクレナイ？」と聞くと、「いやまってるじゃないですか？」と言い返された。いやいや、ここまで言っといて、待ってますはないでしょう。日本にこんな店が残っているのかと思うぐらい、こんな最悪の対応を受けたのは人生で初めて。モーニングを注文してほしいのはわかるが、それなら最初からモーニング限定と言わなければいけない。退店時に「ありがとうございます〜」と言われ、馬鹿にするにも程があると感じた。他の人が同じ目にあいませんように。Soo bad service staffs,not kind,forced order. I don't know the taste, but customer service is the lowest rank. I walked with a foreigner and came to the store in the morning. While translating the menu from Japanese and explaining it to a friend, a middle-aged female clerk suddenly heard a loud voice saying, "Can you wake me up in the morning?" "I'm just explaining because I can't speak Japanese, can you wait?" At that point I feel too sick, explaining to a friend and going out.
