これがコロナの影響でーとか予約がいっぱいでーとか言ってくれれば理解するけど訳わからん
 When I tried to make a phone reservation at the first visit, I was told to go to another dentist for the first visit for no reason.
I understand if this is due to the influence of corona or that the reservation is full, but I do not understand it

医院長(男性)が、治療を最後迄していたが、素手で治療されました。
ゴム手しないで治療とかあり得ないと思い、それ以来違う歯科に行きました。
I went to the hospital once before Corona.
The director of the clinic (male) had been treated to the end, but was treated with bare hands.
I thought that treatment would not be possible without rubber hands, so I went to a different dentistry ever since.
