利用はたったの150円で、スタッフの方も親切でとても感じが良かったです
トレーニングマシンの数は少なめですが、インボディの計測をしに行くだけでも行く価値アリだと思いました
男性と女性の更衣室もそれぞれありました

The usage was only 150 yen, and the staff were kind and very pleasant.
The number of training machines is small, but I thought it was worth going just to go for in-body measurement.
There were also men's and women's changing rooms, respectively.

プールは全部で8レーンあり、泳ぐ専用2レーン、泳ぐ・歩く4レーン分、お子様様2レーン分で分かれています。水深は両端が1.1m、中心が1.2mです。25mプールとは別にお子様様の浅いプールがあります。
ロッカーはコインリターン式です。ビート版、プルブイ、腕浮き輪等のの貸し出しがありました。
休憩は毎時1時間毎に10分間の休憩があります。
The 2nd floor is a training room, and the 1st floor is a 25m pool.
The pool has a total of 8 lanes, divided into 2 lanes for swimming, 4 lanes for swimming / walking, and 2 lanes for children. The water depth is 1.1m at both ends and 1.2m at the center. Apart from the 25m pool, there is a shallow pool for children.
The locker is a coin return type. Kickboards, pull buoys, arm floats, etc. were rented out.
There is a 10-minute break every hour of every hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good swimming pool and gym. Changing facilities a little old fashioned and could do with updating but the pool is a great place for swimming and pool walking. There is a separate toddler pool. Also a sauna room. Sessions are fifty minutes and then a ten minute break. Good car parking. In the lobby there is a blood pressure machine. Staff very friendly and helpful.
