★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同伴の妻は車椅子利用で自力移動出来ないので私が押して移動します。七十七番札所道隆寺の近くまで来ますと障がい者用駐車場の案内が有り、誘導され境内に駐車する事が出来ました。お寺さんの優しい心遣いは有り難く感謝致しましす。境内、本堂、大師堂への移動も段差は無く難無くお参りすることが出来ました。又１つ良いご縁をいただきました。有り難う御座居ました。
 My companion's wife cannot move on her own because she is in a wheelchair, so I push her to move. When I came near the 77th Fudasho Doryu-ji Temple, there was a guide to a parking lot for people with disabilities, and I was guided to park in the precincts. Thank you for the kind consideration of the temple. There were no steps to move to the precincts, main hall, and daishido, and I was able to visit without difficulty. I also received one good edge. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四国霊場第７７番札所で真言宗醍醐派のお寺です。ご本尊は薬師如来で開基は和氣道隆です。創建の頃は広大な桑園で絹の生産地でした。領主和氣道隆公が桑の大木から小さな薬師如来像を彫像し寺を建てました。道隆の子朝祐公は弘法大師に懇願、弘法大師自らが薬師如来像を彫像し、その胎内に道隆像を納めて本尊にしました。正式名称は桑多山明王院道隆寺です。JR予讃線多度津駅から丸亀方面をめざし徒歩で約１５分です。
It is a temple of the Shingon sect Daigo school at the 77th temple of the Shikoku sacred place. The principal image is Yakushi Nyorai and the founder is Michitaka Waki. When it was founded, it was a vast mulberry garden and a silk producing area. The lord, Michitaka Waki, built a temple by sculpting a small statue of Yakushi Nyorai from a large mulberry tree. Michitaka's child, Asayuki, begged Kobo Daishi, and Kobo Daishi himself engraved the statue of Yakushi Nyorai, and put the statue of Michitaka in the womb to make it the principal image. The official name is Kuwatayama Meioin Doryuji. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Tadotsu Station on the JR Yosan Line toward Marugame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was immediately struck by the age of the wood from which the temple is constructed. Also the statuette arrays are beautifully arrayed. The wish I wished for came to pass, so that is an additional plus point for this temple. Deducted one star as didn't see a temple cat.
